  1. Information gathering and usage
    1. When registering for Workstack we ask for information such as your name and email address. Your information is only used internally or when used with partner services it is solely used for communications about Workstack.
    2. Workstack collects the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and information submitted through voluntary activities such as account registrations or participation in surveys. We may from time to time use this email address to communicate with you about updates to the service, but communication will only ever be related to Workstack and you will retain the option to unscubscribe from all non-essential updates.
    3. Workstack also collects aggregated, anonymous user data regarding app usage. The user data we collect is never personally identifiable and is used to improve Workstack and the quality of our service.
  2. Your data
    1. The Service allows you to create tasks and associated information, text, files and other materials (together the "Content") and to share that Content with others. You retain ownership of your Content, but by uploading it onto the Service, you are granting us a license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, host and display that Content for the purpose of (i) providing you the Service and associated support; and (ii) analyzing and improving the operation of the Service.

      We reserve the right to remove Content on the Service that violates the conditions set out in our Terms of Service.

  3. Cookies
    1. We might send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely indentify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term "cookies" refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer's hard drive while you are viewing the site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them).     1. In order for us to help troubleshoot any issues with your service we will be able to access your account as a super-user as and when the need arises. However, in no way does this mean we will have access to view your password, as this will remain encrypted at all times.

    1. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Website to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Website periodically.
